Lifetime Warranty

Gold House provides all our clients with a lifetime warranty on our diamond jewellery. In the event of any problems with your jewellery, please contact us to send the items to us for inspection. If we determine the product has a structural defect, we will replace or repair the item at no additional cost. However, this warranty does not extend to items that have problems due to normal wear-and-tear.

 

 

Return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it is in its original condition, your refund or new item will be processed in 3-5 business days. Please note the returned item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department before it is accepted. Items showing sigs of wear or those that have been altered, damaged, or resized (by a jeweller other than Gold House) cannot be accepted for return.

Engraved items may not be returned. The only exception is for wedding rings, however the engraving fee is non-refundable. Returned items that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
